Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please note that certain goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
