  • Clear video/photo proof is required

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind

  • Used/damaged by customer

  • Minor cosmetic issues

  • Free replacement available after approval

  • Issued if item is unavailable or replacement not possible

  • Process time: 5–10 working days
